On June 19 at 2:00 p.m., the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) will host a free webinar for regional media titled Anti-Crisis Resilience: Adapting Regional Media to the Challenges of War.

Coaches:

Yuliya Vinokur — director general of TV-4 (Ternopil)

Andrii Rusyniak — director general of the RAI TV and radio company (Ivano-Frankivsk)

You will learn:

  • How to diversify income and find alternative sources of financing
  • How to manage a team and support personnel in wartime conditions
  • How to ensure technological sustainability and uninterrupted broadcasting
  • How to balance content between military and local topics
  • How to build strategic partnerships for survival
  • How to plan for recovery and future development

This seminar is organized within the framework of the NUJU priority area titled Restoration of Ukrainian Media. It is an important component of the Union’s systemic efforts to ensure the economic sustainability of the media during wartime.
