Bohdan Tokarskyi is an energetic personality widely known in the Lviv Region and Ukraine. His poems are written in a clear, understandable style. They are sincere, intensely topical, provoke thought, and warm the heart with love for life. They urge not to put up with cunning people and traitors and fight against pro-Russian ideas and over-patriotism. In short, do not keep silent because it is a shame for a genuine Ukrainian.

Numerous social network users and readers of his books speak favorably of his creativity and civic and patriotic position as a journalist and writer. His following collection included 150 poems written after Russian troops’ full-scale invasion of Ukraine. His fellow journalists, professors of the Faculty of Journalism of the Ivan Franko National University of Ukraine, bloggers, and students participated in the discussion of his new book titled So That The Silence Does Not Turn Into Shame and the reading of poems by Bohdan Tokarskyi, which took place in the hall of the Lviv regional organization of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU).

As Yaroslav Klymovych, the head of the Lviv regional branch of the NUJU, noted during the presentation, Bohdan Tokarskyi‘s creative ego constantly sets him up for active work in the journalistic and literary fields.

Call the Lviv JSC by dialing 067 370 0440 (Andrii Bolkun, the Lviv JSC coordinator). The Center’s address is 5 Solomiyi Krushelnytskoyi Street.
