The National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) has donated two batteries for the military media workers’ cars.

“There is no “small” or “large” support. There is our common path to victory,” said NUJU President Sergiy Tomilenko.

The SUV, purchased thanks to a joint fundraising effort by the journalistic community, initially helped the Soledar press group cover events on the Bakhmut Axis. Currently, the car continues its important mission as part of the 1st Information and Communication Support Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

According to Sergiy Tomilenko, the Union promptly responded to the request of colleagues in uniform.

“The other day, we received a request from military media workers – we needed a battery. We, at the NUJU, quickly organized ourselves and donated two new ones. It would seem that it is a small matter. But when you see how your help works on the front, how our military has the opportunity to record and show the world the truth about the war, you understand. There is no “small” or “big” support. There is our common path to victory,” Sergiy Tomilenko also emphasized.

The NUJU thanks everyone who helps military media professionals document and tell the world the truth about russian aggression. Journalists are important!
