“The missiles fell right near my house,” the well-known Ukrainian journalist, Vasylisa Stepanenko, writes about the nightly combined shelling of Kyiv on her Instagram page. She is glad she was lucky to survive.

This morning, she had to run away in just her pajamas and immediately get to work to show the consequences of the shelling. “Thank you all for your messages, I am safe and already working,” added Vasylisa.

As earlier reported, today the russian army launched 629 drones and missiles over Ukraine. Air defense and electronic warfare units shot down/suppressed 589 enemy targets – 563 UAVs and 26 missiles. At the same time, hits of missiles and enemy strike drones were recorded at 13 locations, and the fall of downed (fragments) at 26 locations. As a result of the massive russian attack in Kyiv, information about the death of 14 people has been confirmed.

The consequences of the strike were particularly evident in the Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, Solomiyanskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiyivskyi, Obolonskyi, and Desnianskyi Districts of Kyiv.
