Secretary of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU)/media expert/founder of the Universal Journalist School, Vitalii Holubiev, has held a master class for students of the Department of Journalism of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University; for the students of the Department of Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations of King Danylo University; as well as for those from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. The topic of the event is Efficiency And Responsibility On Social Networks.
The media trainer discussed with the students the specifics of communication in social networks, the importance of creating one’s own information bubble, and safety on the Internet and emphasized the need to verify data, dose one’s activity in social networks, and be able to read information in asynchronous mode.
Top tips from experienced media expert Vitalii Holubev on effective use of social networks: create quality content; talk about solutions, not problems; give calls if action is required; explain context; add background. In short, being able to use social networks effectively and responsibly is an art.
