People usually address the hotline from the Lviv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, and Poltava Regions. Almost half of the calls are from those complaining about the termination of newspaper delivery by post.

Newspaper subscribers complain about the late delivery of periodicals. Residents of remote villages who have lost the opportunity to receive not only newspapers but also pensions, household bills, and letters due to redundancies among mail carriers also address the hotline. Besides, postal workers themselves complain about being forced to sign a resignation statement “by agreement of the parties.”

As earlier reported, based on the materials to be collected, the Union will send proposals to the government and the Presidential Office.
