As she said in a comment for the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU), it was a russian drone of the Molnia type, the hit occurred in the courtyard between the houses. The blast wave damaged the windows in many apartments. Fortunately, no people were injured.

“In our apartment, a window was broken in the room that is my ‘office’, and a balcony in another. It’s good that I was not there at the time and I was not teaching with students,” the journalist said.

Currently, the damaged windows are “sealed” with film and a plate, and the entire package needs to be reinstalled.

Alla Fedoryna is an honored journalist of Ukraine / head of the Sumy Press Club / associate professor of the Department of Journalism and Philology of Sumy State University.
