The National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) presents the large-scale project titled Executed Free Speech, which is an overview of the situation with russian assaults on media workers since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The project team has recorded video stories of over 100 journalists who fell victim or became witnesses of war crimes committed by russia. Those are media workers from Kherson, Mariupol, Melitopol, Bucha, Kharkiv, Bakhmut, and other “hot spots” of the war. Some video stories will be available for viewing and discussion during meetings.
