戦時下でジャーナリストを支える ― ウクライナ「ジャーナリスト連帯センター」ネットワーク ウクライナ国立ジャーナリスト連盟（NUJU）は、国際ジャーナリスト連盟（IFJ）、欧州ジャーナリスト連盟（EFJ）、そしてユネスコの支援を受け、戦時下で活動する報道関係者を守るために「ジャーナリスト連帯センター」ネットワークを設立しました。 このセンターは、キーウ、ハルキウ、ドニプロ、ザポリッジャ、リヴィウ、イヴァーノ＝フランキーウシクの6都市に拠点を持ち、最前線地域を含むウクライナ全24州をカバーしています。 誰が利用できるのか？ ウクライナ国内のジャーナリストはもちろん、ウクライナで取材活動を行う外国人ジャーナリストも利用可能です。オンラインフォームや電話、直接訪問で支援を申し込むことができます。 提供される主な支援 安全な作業スペース：安定した電力、自立型インターネット（スターリンク）、暖房、避難手順を備えたコワーキング施設 防護装備の無償貸与：防弾チョッキ、ヘルメット、応急処置キット（女性用デザインもあり） 法律支援：報道証の取得支援、拘束時の対応アドバイス 心理的サポート：トラウマカウンセリングや仲間同士のメンタリング 機材支援：ノートパソコン、カメラ、発電機など、特に前線地域で活動する記者向け 研修・訓練：戦場医療、地雷安全、デジタルセキュリティ、心理的回復力 遠隔相談：国内外の記者へのオンラインサポート 戦時下での使命 このネットワークは、爆撃や停電、通信遮断といった過酷な環境下でも、ジャーナリストが命を守りつつ真実を伝えることを可能にしています。 なお、ユネスコ本部によるセンター支援の一環として、日本政府からもこれまで重要なご支援を賜りました。この貴重な協力は、ウクライナの報道の自由を守る国際的連帯の証として、今も私たちの記憶に深く刻まれています。 ウクライナ国立ジャーナリスト連盟は、日本を含む国際社会の皆様に、この取り組みへの理解と支援を心からお願いしています。...
