The Dnipro Journalists’ Solidarity Center (JSC) of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) received thirty gift sets of TM Kinder sweets from the NUJU and the Ukrainian Federation of Food Banks (UFBP)
The children and grandchildren of media workers who work and live in the Dnipropetrovsk Region – in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Krynychky, and Petropavlivka were delighted with sweet treats.
“My brothers and I, remember, in our childhood, loved it when my mother (by the way, also a journalist) brought us something tasty from work. Can you imagine how happy my three sons were to receive such Kinder surprises from the Union? They arranged a real unpacking and looked with interest at the toys they got,” says Nataliya Dolhikh, a journalist of the Krynychany newspaper called Novi Rubezhi.
It is not the first time that the Ukrainian Federation of Food Banks with the assistance of the NUJU, supports the families of Ukrainian journalists. Last summer, in particular, they received food kits.
“We sincerely thank our partners for providing the opportunity to support our colleagues and their families. It is extremely important to be in solidarity! Especially in such a difficult time,” noted the coordinator of the NUJU’s Dnipro JSC, Nataliya Nazarova.
It should be noted that the NUJU makes every effort to ensure that colleagues constantly feel supported by the professional community.
