“Today, russians shelled my apartment in Zaporizhzhia. The guy who rented it died. His girlfriend is in the hospital,” former media worker and now soldier Artem Lahutenko emotionally reported the tragic news on his Facebook.
“I am looking for legal initiatives for collective lawsuits against the russian federation. I want the terrorist state to pay for this terrorist act from its own wallet. I would be grateful if you could help me find similar initiatives,” he added.
Artem Lahutenko is a journalist, correspondent for Espresso TV, conducted journalistic investigations for the StopCor project. He worked at the front as a military corvette. In the summer of 2025, he joined the army and is currently defending Ukraine in the airborne assault troops.
According to the Regional Military Administration, on the night of March 24, as a result of a combined enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia with drones and ballistic missiles, one person was killed and twelve were injured. They are being provided with necessary medical assistance.
