In the extremely difficult conditions of hostilities, people are no less happy to receive the Orikhiv Town’s Trudova Slava newspaper than they are about the humanitarian aid they get.

The newspaper was published again with the support of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) and thanks to the donor assistance of foreign investors.

Residents of war-torn Orikhiv and the surrounding villages, the Russians are turning into hell every day, are holding on to their newspaper as if for their life. It can also be found in Zaporizhzhia, in the premise of the Red Cross’s hub there.

The example of the Trudova Slava district newspaper from Orikhiv shows that the people really need print media, especially during the war.

The newspaper recalls peaceful times, gives hope for Victory, and inspires optimism so much needed when one is forced to live in someone else’s walls.
