During a meeting with media representatives in Kropyvnytskyi (Kirovohrad Region), the First Secretary of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU), Lina Kushch, handed over the gadget to the head of the NUJU‘s regional organization, Petro Melnyk, and wished that software documents would be created on this computer to improve the situation in the local media of the Kirovohrad Region.

The Kirovohrad regional organization of the NUJU does not have its own stationary office, so it works in conditions of mobility, and thanks to the laptop, it will be more convenient for media workers to work.

“It is extremely pleasant that in such difficult, critical days for Ukraine, the NUJU – its central body – finds an opportunity to help journalist teams, in particular regional organizations of the NUJU. For example, the Kirovohrad regional organization has generally not received any material support or assistance from authorities or any structures for decades,” Petro Melnyk noted.
