The Network of Journalists’ Solidarity Centers of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU) invites to the master class called Role Of Ukrainian Soldiers In Debunking Russian Fakes to be hosted by war journalists Oleksandra Yefymenko and Ruslan Khalapov.

- How to work in the de-occupied territories
- Communication with the newsrooms and the Armed Forces during work / maintaining personal contacts and speakers’ safety
About the speakers
Oleksandra Yefymenko is a Ukrainian correspondent. She works at Suspilne Movlennia and Hromadske Radio. From 2017 to 2021, she worked in the occupied Crimea, being responsible for human rights infringement on the peninsula. She was forced to leave Crimea, being intimidated by representatives of Russian special services. Since 2022, she has been a war correspondent.
Ruslan Khalapov is a journalist, war correspondent, and executive producer of Suspilne:Krym. He left the occupied Crimea in 2016. After 2017, while in the controlled territory, he covered the repression of the Crimean Tatar people on the peninsula. He worked as a reporter for the Countdown [Zvorotnii Vidlik] show. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, he has been a war correspondent for the Qirim Haber Ajansi and the TRT in Russian TV channel. He is the author of the video podcast AshoProKrym?! on the Qirim.news platform.
