According to NUJU, reputable regional journalists awarded

Reputable regional journalists will receive thanks for their contribution to the fight against russian propaganda and the development of Ukrainian journalism from the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.

The list of candidates selected by the NUJU as a priority among colleagues from the frontline areas:

  • Yevheniya Virlych – the editor-in-chief of the Kherson online publication City.
  • Anatolii Zhupyna – the editor-in-chief of the Kherson newspaper Novyi Den.
  • Maksym Zabelia – the editor-in-chief of the Myrnohrad newspaper Ridne Misto.
  • Ihor Leus – the editor-in-chief of the Bobrynets newspaper Chest Hliroboba.
  • Oleksandr Motsnyi – the editor of the Krasnopillia newspaper Peremoha.
  • Mykhailo Novytskyi – the founder of the Kherson newspaper Hryvna.
  • Volodymyr Pavlov – a Kharkiv-based freelance operator of the News 24 Channel TV channel and a producer of documentaries.
  • Oleksii Pasiuha – the editor-in-chief of the Velyka Pysarivka newspaper Vorskla.
  • Inna Shvydka – the editor-in-chief of the Nikopol newspaper Pivdenna Zoria.

 

Honors for professional, dedicated work in wartime from the State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting at the request of the NUJU were awarded to:

 

  • Ivan Harahonych – the editor-in-chief of the Zakarpattia newspaper Panorama.
  • Vitalii Hnidyi – a Kharkiv TV journalist and a freelancer for the Reuters news agency.
  • Oleksandr Zubar – a journalist of Visnyk Kupiyanshchyny and the City website.
  • Vita Kopenko – the director of Kherson LLC Chervonyi Promin (temporarily occupied).
  • Iryna Telychko – the editor of the Novovorontsovka newspaper Visti.
  • Tetiana Luchynska – the director of Mayak-Media LLC from Kharkiv.
  • Olena Pimenova – the editor-in-chief of the Kherson information publication Misto Sontsia.
  • Tetiana Savulia – a freelance correspondent of the We – Ukraine channel, a member of the Kherson regional organization of the NUJU.
  • Serhii Tsiurytsia – a deputy editor of Volynska Hazeta
